How We Track Impact

Every programme is paired with our measurable data collation throughout the process. Delivering anonymised insights, trend lines and actionable recommendations to inform policy and practice.

Data we report on:

  • Wellbeing deltas (pre → post) across key performance measurables

  • Themes from anonymised feedback (e.g., shift impacts, MSK and ill health hotspots)

  • Recommendations for line managers and leaders

  • Alignment to your KPIs and SMART targets

About Alison

Alison founded ‘OnTrack Wellbeing’ to bring genuine, measurable wellbeing support to the people of rail. With decades of experience working across the wellbeing and rail industry, she has seen first-hand the impact of shift work, fatigue and demanding conditions on physical and mental health.

Her background in sports massage and health coaching, combined with her own journey through loss, resilience and recovery, gives her a deep empathy for the challenges rail employees face. Alison understands what it means to rebuild health from the inside out and that’s why she’s dedicated to helping others do the same through OnTrack’s Whole Health approach.
